    Philips 32pfl2807h headphones won't work

    Hello everyone,

A week ago, I bought a Philips 32pfl2807h/12 TV. The first time I tested it, I made sure all the docks were working properly. That day, I also tested the headphones output by plugging in a set of headphones as well as a pair of computer speakers. Both worked fine. The TV speakers would mute when I plugged in any of those devices.

Yesterday, I wanted to watch a movie and wanted to use my headphones, but the TV doesn't seem to recognize them anymore. When you plug them in, the TV speakers keep working and you will hear nothing through the headphones. I've already tried everything, adjusting every parameter that could be related to this problem from the TV's menu. Nothing works. The first day I adjusted the headphones volume and it was working fine.

I don't know what else to do. I really like this TV but would hate to return it and do all the necessary arrangements to get a another one when I'm not sure it is indeed a genuine malfunction.

Thanks in advance to those that will respond.

    Hi Daniel.

    Did you get this solved?
I would advise to try another headset with the TV and see if that works.
