Onkyo receiver not well configure
Dear support team,
I've bought a new tv series 5507 40". After the first configuration, I've select the automatic configuration for the hdmi devices and everything was working. But mistake I've delete the device and when I try to connect it manually it doesn't work. How I can reset the tv? Or how can I request an automatic hdmi detection?
Do you have any proposal to fix it?
Thank you in advance,

Hi Jorge.
Could you please confirm what software version that is installed on your TV? If not the latest i would advise to update to this (97.0).
To reinstall the TV, please follow these steps:
1. Press menu button on remote controll (house)
2. Go to Setup and TV-settings, then find Reinstall TV and press OK.
3. Follow the steps on the screen.
Best regards,

HI Benedicte,
I had the last updated and I've reinstall the TV.
It seems that while I was configuring the TV and hte receiver, I've change one option in the Onkyo and hte signal was not reaching hte TV. After I've changed, everything is working.
Thank you for your support,
jorge
