    AW9000 Fidelio Wireless Speakers

I'm having an issue with my Fidelio A9 speakers, they work for short while, then turn themselves off and the power button flashes white, the only way to get them working again is to pull the power cord from the back of the speaker so there's no power, then plug back in, they work again for 20 minutes, sometimes longer, then stop again, very frustrating, can someone please let me know what options I have with these.

    Thanks

    Hello,

Can you please confirm that you use AirStudio+ app?

Also, please read the following to help you troubleshoot the issue:

What is the SW version of A9 ? Are you able to upgrade to the latest one ?

Flashing white means buffering, what are you playing ? Internet radio, music on the phone or music service likes Spotify ?

Finally, if no clue, have you tried to factory reset the speaker ? And also power reset the router may help.
