longest 1.13 secs for some discs of mine.
do you have a blu-ray drive in your PC? can you try playing if that works somewhere else?

My player is definitly stucked, I have waited for 15 minutes !!
And yes I have tried on a PC Bluray drive and the movie is working just fine

sorry i mean 1.13 mins.
but if Philips confirms that they cannot reproduce the problem with the same disc (read Philips' post here), you wait long enough, and the disc works with PC, then i do think there maybe some prob with your device. go have a check?

Yes apparently, no one can reproduce the problem so I may be the lucky owner of a unique buggy version of the BDP7500 unfortunately. Looks like I need to have it checked but it might be as expensive as buying a new one I'm afraid
