Exclamation not all of **.avi movies are supported

    Hello Everyone.
I've purchased a philips TV set , and trying to play movies through USB .. some avi files are not supported (sound at the same files works perfectly, tough)
what should I do in order to make them playable ?
any documentation for the supported file types ?
    thanks in advance

    Hi Muhannad.

The supported files and video +audio codecs supported can be found in the user manual under "multimedia". Please make sure they are within the specification.

Also make sure your TV is up to date with the software.

Both user manual and latest software version can be found on the support page for your model.

    Kind regards,
    Benedickte
