    Lightbulb Lock aspect ratio

A big problem of the software of my 40PFL5206H/12 is that when you play a video from the USB in "Full screen" mode it stretch the image changing the aspect ratio. Too easy to correct this. PLEASE, DO IT!
    Thank you

    Hi Andreacandido.

Have you tried any other aspect ratio like "auto format", "Auto zoom" or "auto fill" ?

The "full screen" mode works the way that it makes the picture to fill the screen and can also make pictures stretch.

    Best regards,
    Benedickte

Actually the Adjust key on the remote, while the TV is in the USB menu (and while playing videos) give acces to the image preset settings and not to the image zoom settings

    Hi Andreacandido,

My apologies for the late reply.

The Picture Format settings are accessed through the Adjust button while in USB mode, and should be the first option presented to you. Here you can change the format to try which option suits you best.

Alternatively, try playing a file that has the same aspect ratio as your TV screen, which is 16:9.

    Best regards,
    Ina

Adjust button doesn't manage aspect ratio in USB mode

As I said, Adjust button, in the USB mode, doesn't adjust aspect ratio.
When I opened this topic it was to say that would be useful to enable this option with a software update. Obviously, playing a movie with the right aspect ratio it works fine, but not all the movies have 16:9 ratio.

    Hi Andreacandido,

I think I undestand what you mean. I have looked at a similar TV and found that you are indeed correct.

Your TV supports only 2 picture formats in USB mode: Full screen or Small screen. Full screen mode will fill the screen and if the aspect ratio of the source material isn't 16:9 then the ratio will be adjusted.

Thank you for your feedback regarding this, but at this point there are no plans to change these functions on your TV.

    Best regards,
    Ina
