    37pfl6007H/12 lipsync issue at some TV-channels

    Hi,

    Both through my HTS (connected through optical cable) as well as direct audio from the TV, I'm experiencing severe lipsync issues at two channels: NED2HD and NED3HD from provider Ziggo. They point me in the direction of Philips.

    I've the latest firmware installed.

    Who can help me out in finding the solution?

    Could you pelase confirm to me the following:
    - Are you using set-top box or CAM card?
    - If CAM card, please provide information.If using set-top box, how is it connected?
    - What version (number) of software you got installed?
    - About how long is it out of sync (sound after video or video after sound)?
    - How often do you experience this?
    - When did it start? ( after an SW update on TV or signals etc)
    - What sound output are the channels using Sterio(2.1) or Multichannel(5.1)?

    CAM card: ir.deto from @SMIT (provided by Ziggo, the signal provider)

    - What version (number) of software you got installed?

    FW150.85 (official OTA version from end 2012 had the same issue)

    - About how long is it out of sync (sound after video or video after sound)?

    seems to be sound after video, delay is not constant and cannot be improved with the audio delay setting

    - How often do you experience this?

    on encoded HD channels NED2 and NED2 quite often (but not all programs), sometimes on NED1 (not encoded)

    - When did it start? ( after an SW update on TV or signals etc)

    since new from the box

    - What sound output are the channels using Sterio(2.1) or Multichannel(5.1)?

    dolby digital (stereo and gos are provided as well by the affected channels)

    It seems even worse, as NED1 HD is affected as well. Problem is that it seems program dependant, as not all programs on these channels are affected. These three channels are the only ones with "gos" as additional audio language option.

    Please try to update your TV and perform a "cold start".
