    I am still waiting the 30€ cash back that you offered on the Arcitec 1050....

    This forum is for Philips TV's only. The product you mentioned here is a shaver and i would advise you to contact your local consumer care regarding this.

    so - why don't you call you local customer service? You can complain much, but you won't change something here... it's like calling a wrong number. This forum is for TV and AVM products...

    reliability and solvency of the company evaluate the whole.

    If you don't have specific Site for his product you should let him tell his complain.
    I am sure that if you stop the typical you can help him promotes his problem to the responsible, after all you're in the same company.

    Surely this is a misunderstanding.

    I agree with you that it would be more beneficial to give more explanations,
    but! I excusing his frustration because I have experienced the indifference of the local consumer.

    actually I did it, but some Moderator did delete my post & i was bored to write it fully again

    So yep I am just complaining and next time you see an offer with a Cash Back by Philips, Don't be sure that you will actually get your money back

    oh do you really think i didn't ?

    they said "it's too late we can't do anything for you , we keep your money and we keep doing fake cash back offer"

    (or some sh** like that)


    the offert said you be get the money back within 6 or 8 months ... ok ... i called them 10 or 12months later when i did remember that i hadn't still be paid and it was "too late to do anyything"...



    I don't want to buy Asia product anymore for others reasons, but if EU companies don't take care of EU customer , i might change my mind and buy asian products
