    Lightbulb favourite list problem

Hello, I bought a 47pfl6007, I've upgraded to the latest firmware Versione: 000.150.085.000.

I have this type of problem:
Favourite list change by itself for no reason example:

    original
    1 (channel 1) - 2 (channel2) - 3 (Channel3) - 4 (channel4) - 5 (Channel5) - 6 (channel6)
    changes in
    1 (channel 1) - 2 (channel2) - 2 (Channel3) - 3 (channel4) - 4 (Channel5) - 5 (channel6)

if I delete or move the channel (Channel3) the result becomes

    1 (channel 1) - 2 (channel2) - 2 (channel4) - 3 (Channel5) - 4 (channel6)

I do not know what to do, can you help me?

    thank you very much

    Hi Fraky.

I would advise you to update to latest software version that got released last night via the support page.

Could you please confirm to me where you're getting the signals from (internal or external tuner)? If from internal tuner, please make sure the automatic channel update is set to OFF.

    Best regards,

I had a similar problem with the channel list. It was solved by improving my cabling of the antenna cable (replaced the plastic plugs with HF metallic quality plugs). Alternatively you might have to amplify the antenna signal (especially if you split your antenna signal to several devices).

Later I ran into the problem, that the channel list worked fine, but when I pressed the “LIST” button on the remote, an error message came up “Empty”. Here the solution was to press “OPTIONS”, “Choose list”, “All”.
