    Hi Laughingman,

Please be more specific: what is the exact modelnumber, serialnumber and current SW version? Are you connected to internet (does Smart TV work)?
You could try to upgrade via a USB-stick....

    Thanks for responding,

i have the 46PFL7007T/12 serial number ZH1L1231005754 and the software is QF1EU-0.133.3.0

None of the smart tv functions work. All that happens is after a while it cannot connect to the requested page.

It tells me it is connected to the internet and there is a software update required but anytime i have tried to update the tv switches off and doesnt come back on.

After 3 hrs of waiting last night i had to switch the set off

    Hi Laughingman,

In this case I would advise you to manually update the TV using a USB stick.

You can find the software update and installation instructions on the support website here:

What happens when you try to access SmartTV? Have you accepted the EULA for SmartTV?

    Best regards,
    Ina
