    BDP3480/05 - You tube error

    Hello Katerina / Christoffer,

    I have bought a BDP3480/05; Serial#:; running SW:2.22 and have encountered the following problem.

    Google 400. That's ASN error.
    Your client has issued a malformed or illegal request.That's all we know.

    Please send me a fix to rectify this. Thanks.

    Have you come across YouTube's official statement? If not you can read it here:

    and I quote:
    “Licensing error message on a smart TV
    You may receive an error message when attempting to watch movies and TV shows on some smart TVs:
    • Smart TVs and Blu-Ray players made in 2013 or later
    While we work to resolve this issue, we recommend watching your movie or TV show on your computer, or on another supported device. If you're not able to watch on another device, you may request a refund by contacting our support team.”
