    Hi,

TV shows the pictures as they are stored in the FAT Table of the memory Stick/HDD.
To control how the Files are stored in there:

    Format the Stick.
Put all Files which should be on that stick in a Folder on your PC (NOT on the Stick yet)
Sort that files according to your wishes.
Take away the hand from the Mouse
Use CTRL+A and CTRL+C for selecting and copying all Files.
Go to the formatted Hard Drive (you can use your Mouse)
Copy all Files to the Stick (take away your Hand from the Mouse)
Use CTRL+V to insert the Files to the Stick.

Alternate way is described in this Document:

    Regards
    Thomas

    hmmmm,

Philips can update the software and make customers happy and give them the option to sort on filename or "date photo created"!

I thought the software update possibility was meant for this.

I really do not see the reason to format my external disk of 2 TB of movies and photos.

    Installed mp3dirsorter from http://funblog.themeparks.de/tag/mp3...ommp3dirsorter
    No extra crap invoked

Does not work, it recognizes me "External ! WD disk as a local ! disc "
Will solve my issue by putting the main folders on my pc and then copy them back to the external drive.

    Thank you all.
