    Question Help!

    So i just got a brand new philips tv (4000 series) and well a friend gave it to me but he just bought it so i don't have manual but i have plugged everything in and when i try turning it on via remote or touchpad it doesn't do anything it just blinks a white light by the touchpad but does nothing as if it didn't turn on Please i really need help my other tv broke so Please Thanks.

    Note from Philips: This is about a US model (/F7).

    Brandon, you can find your TV manual online on www.support.philips.com

    About the white light blinking, just unplug your TV from the AC outlet, wait for 10 seconds, plug it back in and try again. If it is still not turning on, call the customer care line listed in the User Manual or Support page of your TV.

    They will troubleshoot and send you a replacement if they cannot fix your issue over the phone.

    Also, if they need to send you a replacement, they will need you to send them a "Proof of Purchase", so get that from your friend.

    yeah thanks i told my friend we are going to replace it today i saw a video and a person had the same problem but the person fixed it exept he didn't show how the same thing happened but thanks for the advice i have already looked at manual before i still don't get it too well
