    phillips 42pfp5532d/o5 loosing stored channels

    ]i have recently had to retune the above tv due to bbc changing frequencies, ever since then every time i switch off tv and then back on i loose all the channels that have changed frequency. i have tried pressing the menu button for 5 to 7 secs but nothing happens, has anyone got any ideas of how to fix this or does it need to be returned to phillips .?????? many thanks

    Hi Martin_e.

    Please follow these steps:
    1. Turn TV on.
    2. Press the menu button the Tv for 10 second.
    3. A menu will appear, go to the buttom option (service scan) and press OK.
    4. Let the TV do the scan and press OK on the next 2 pop ups that comes.
    5. Now you can watch your channels
