improper decoding mp3 files
model BDP9600/12
SW version 1.53
Some mp3 files - when played on the Philips blu-ray player exhibit serious mp3 artifacts that are absent when the same files are played on a Pioneer television or on a Windows PC. I will be happy to provide to Philips in a private message a file that is subject to this effect.
