    internet radio ?

Hi, my son listens always to Capital FM London via the internet radio but since a few days he can only hear the same 6 seconds and then it starts buffering which locks the Streamium.

I have tried factory set-up, putting a new URL in the favourites but it has always the same result. All other stations (except Heart London and perhaps a few other) are ok. When testing Capital FM on another internet radio it works as a breeze.

Can somebody else try to listen to Capital FM London and see if he has the same result? If it works ok, then I know it is something with the device, no idea what to do then but I will continue searching, any idea?.

I have tried with my NP3700, which is working fine. Not sure if Philips can test NP3900

    Hello Brunnies,

We have tested the NP3900 and Capital FM started playing without any problems after approximately 2-3 mins of buffering. Could you play a different radio station on your device for a couple of minutes and then try playing Capital FM again? Please let me know of the outcome of this.

    Thanks,
    Regards,

    Joanna

Thanks, we tested it now and indeed after a few minutes buffering no problem whatsoever. This was not the case when I started the thread. Still strange that this station seems to be the only one which need buffering so long.

Thanks all for your support. Case closed.
