Control mediaplayer via HDMI with CEC/Easylink

I want to control my mediaplayer with my philips remote control via hdmi (cec/easylink), but that doesn't work. My TV is a 32pfl9603d/10.

When I use the left/right/up/down buttons the TV-screen will just scroll/shift in that direction, in stead of moving through the menu of my mediaplayer.
When my mediaplayer switches on, the tv automatically does switch to the right hdmi-input.

I have the latest firmware installed and easylink is on.

    Hi,

CEC has many features - I think, not all are implemented due to the age of your TV (see leaflet of your TV - should be stated what is supported).

    In this manual:
    http://download.p4c.philips.com/file...10_dfu_nld.pdf
on page 36 is says cec is supported.

I also tried pressing the standby-button for 2 seconds and the mediaplayer connected to the hdmi-port actually did shutdown. So cec is functioning.

It seems that the cursorkeys won't be passed throught to the hdmi-port.
Is there a way to change that?
