    46PFL9706T / Moth Eye Cleaning

    Hi there,

I'm having a real problem cleaning my screen. I just can't seem to get ride of the streaks across the screen. Is there anywhere I can get hold of the Moth Eye Cleaning cloth and the specific cleaning fluid in the UK?

I notice the following line in the support:

"Consumer care is informed on this and consumers can request a new cloth for free when needed."

    Cheers,
    Nick

    Hi D618uk.

The cleaner you need is SVC1116G/10 and a cloth follows. This should be available from most of your local electronical shops that sells Philips TV's. Remember you need the green one

    Best regards,
