Problems with subtitles and mkv files!

    Hello,
I have 2 TVís from Philips, 3 from Samsung and one LG. The models that I have from you are:
    1) 32pfl7606h/12 and
    2) 32pfl5306h/58
I recently update the software on both TV sets from http://www.philips.gr/index.page
The problems that I have with your products are:
    Sufficient

    1) It doesnít support Greek subtitles (Unicode letters) And the characters are like Chinese. (http://rapidshare.com/files/3748166019/subtitles.srt . Open it with notepad)
    2) It doesnít recognize all formats of the usb sticks. Especially if the format is in NTFS and
    3) I have some movies in .mkv file format Ö some of them are playable some not. http://rapidshare.com/files/19788549...snt%20play.txt

Please try to advice, or fix them in the next software update. I you want tell me which info you would like in order to reproduce the problem. (I refer to the second problem, if you have any program in order to extract the info that is crucial for your investigation)

    Thank you in advance.

    With respect,
    Nikolaos Karapanos.
P.S. If you want I can send you video with the problems that I am telling you.

    Hi Nikolaos.

When it comes to point 2 and 3, please make sure that the all the files are within the specs of the TV. This can be found under multimedia in the usermanual of both TV's.

    Best regards,
