Angry HTL5120/12 auto turn off problem

    My setup:
    TV LG 55LW650S
Openbox S6 connected to TV via HDMI 3 - all working fine for last 2 years. This is how I watch TV.
HTL5120/12 connected to TV HDMI 1 ARC port . All working, except...

    1) soundbar turns off after 30 mins.
    2) soundbar does not turn on with tv, but turns off correctly
    3) soundbar when turned on, always is at very very very low volume.
    4) tried to connect via digital optical cable. all works, except it turned of after about 5 hours!!! wtf?

Please provide me with a solution to disable auto-off feature. Firmware? Etc?

Most importantly, please fix 1. and 4. issue.

Hi, I looked at Philips support page and I doubt that you will see any software updates for your unit. Have you by any chance updated the TV or anything else that is connected to your TV/Soundbar?

What do you mean by "any chance updated the TV or anything else that is connected to your TV/Soundbar". Soundbar HTL5120/12 is right from shop. TV LG 55LW650S is using latest version.

Everything works, except the HTL5120/12 is turning off by itself. I am watching TV, Soundbar is playing... and booom... no sound. TV is still playing, but soundbar is turned off.

Note that it is turning off both with HDMI ARC cable, and with digital optical cable too.

Please provide me with a solution to disable auto-off feature!

If I understand correctly this model was shown at CES 2013, and you are saying that "doubt that you will see any software updates for your unit". wtf?

So, again... question is simple. How to disable auto-off buggy feature?

    Dear Blindless,

For your issue 1, please visit your local service centre to fix it.

For your issue 4, we need more information:
    - What is the signal used?
    - Is there any signal still running during the 5th hour?
    - What is the volume level of the signal?

    Kind regards,
