    AD7000W/10 Issues with devices recognising speaker

    All...please help.

    I have had the speaker for a few months and it has never worked properly... At first, our internet was poor, but we now have excellent wi-fi.

    There is no problem connecting the speaker to the wi-fi (it beeps and, even so, I have reset and reconnected it many times), but my devices (iphone 4S with latest iOS, ipad 1 and laptop) rarely recognise it. Sometimes they do, so it is definitely connected. But it's uncommon and it's always a faff (turning devices on and off etc.). Not exactly what I was looking for!

    It's across all devices, so is definitely the speaker.

    Is this a common problem? Is there any fix? What I would really like to do is contact Phillips for a replacement or refund, but imagine I will need to go through the merchant. I have proof of purchase so hope it won't be a problem, but thought I would give this a shot......

    Hey there Shelly!

    There's no fix I'm aware of I'm afraid. There shouldn't be any problems with getting a refund/ replacement: just call the Philips Call Centre/ Customer Support or whatever they are called in your country and they should arrange it for you.
