    Hello Benedickte,

    ============================
    TV Model: 22PFL4208K/12
    Previous Firmware: 002.021.000.001 (bought it like this)

    Positive:
    + picture quality is perfect
    + Smart TV is fast
    +

    Negative:
    - IP-EPG is not functional despite you claim that it should
    - HbbTV is not functional despite you claim that it should
    - If i have a USB stick plugged (e.g. for storage of channel list) it is recognized during each switch-on of TV set and the picture has be changed to a program manually. This is quite uncomfortable and not the case for my other 2010 ans 2011 Philips TVs.
    ============================

    Best regards,

    Willi

    Hi Willi,

    Thank you for your feedback on here as well as in the SmartTV section.

    As JuAn said, HbbTV will be enabled by a future software update.
    The issue regarding IP-EPG has been forwarded on to the developers.

    Regarding the TV automatically starting up in Browse USB when starting up from Standby when a USB stick is inserted, this is normal behaviour for your TV model.

    This feature has been implemented to enable faster access to USB media once a USB stick is inserted. If you chose to have the USB stick inserted permanently, then there are 4 ways to exit the Browse USB menu:

    1. Home menu >> choose any source or feature
    2. TV key >> back to TV channel
    3. Back key >> back to the last page
    4. Source key >> pick the source you want

    Best regards,
    Ina
