    Hi Gerac.

What exactly with the PTA508 are you not satisfied with?
When it comes to he other 3D glases you mentioned the PTA507 or PTA517 is better spec wise, however the clarety of the 3D comes from the TV it self. Also alot of personal preferances comes to how good the 3D becomes.
I would advise you to go to a shop and try out the different glass and see what you prefer

Also make sure your TV is up to date when it comes to software. The latest version for your TV is 97.0 and can be found on the supoprt page for the TV.

    Best regards,

Hi Benedict,Thank you for answering me,I'm constantly updating my TV and my latest version is 0.97,i check it every day,no problems, lets talk about glasses, with my PTA 508 i noticed that they are lot of dark even when they off,and when I watch 3D movies i have to increase contrast at maximum to get normal picture, because image is quite dark,I read that PTA 507 glasses have high contrast lenses, and lot of owners said that they are comfortable to wear and good for watch long movies, which I have a lot,and that they have good cover for eyes,so you don't see anything around you, which isn't the case with 508,can you give me answer about a contrast ratio between 507 and 517 i heard that 507 is 2000:1,and 517 4000:1,is this true ? Regards

    Hi Gerac,

The contrast ratio for both the PTA507 and the PTA517 is 3000:1, so there is no difference between the two in that aspect.

    Best regards,
    Ina
