    Issue with 55PFL6606K/02

Since the update of my 55PFL6606K/02 to firmware version 000.014.104.000 my TV a couple of weeks ago, suddenly messages "Externe versterker actief" appears randomly. These messages appears more then 10 times within the hour. Approx. 3-4 the TV resets itself during the moment of operation....

    Connected to HDMI-1(CEC) : Samsung HW-E551 Soundbar with Anynet+ / Easylink enabled

It worked without any problems for more the 1.5 years without any interruption, but now it kills my sense of humor.

Resetting, unplugging power-cords, even updating the standby FW didn't change anyhting.....as recommended on several other topics in this forum.

What options do I have ..... RMA the television to Philips ? This is very sad experience...

    Please help!

    Hi Bram,

Welcome to the forum and my apologies for the late reply.

Have you tried to update the soundbar as well?
Does this happen if you turn EasyLink off?
Do you have any issues if you disconnect the soundbar from the TV?

Try to Remove Device in Home menu and then Add Device again thereafter.

    Best regards,
    Ina
