    Hello

Can anybody tell me if my 39PFL3807T is MHL compliant

(I intend to use a game stick which is powered directly via HDMI)

    Thankyou

    Hi MCMLXXIII

Your TV is unfortunately not MHL compliant.

    Hello.

I am told that the game stick simply plugs inti the hdmi socket and draws its power from there.
Therefore, will my TV be able to do this?
(Perhaps I was being overly technical in myvoriginal question).
Can my TV draw power to a plug in device via the HDMI socket?

    Thankyou.

Then am i correct in my assuming that any device plugged into this tv via hdmi will not be able to draw any power?
Could I then power the gamestick with the provided usb adapter thereby having the gamestick itself in hdmi and the power source the usb plugged in next to it?
    Thankyou

    Hi Chris,

Yes, you are correct in your assumption. Your TV isn't MHL compliant, so there is no power output from the HDMI ports.

Have you tried the setup using USB? How did it work out for you? It's not something that has been specifically tested on the TV, so I'm curious about your experience. Perhaps other will be as well.

    Best regards,
    Ina
