Hi Swindon 94,
Could you please give us some more details? Are there any lights on/ blinking? If yes which ones? Is there a light on the main station? Is it fully charged? Please descrive it in a bit more detail and we'll try to help!
Cheers,
WW

Hello WW
Yes it's fully charged with green solid light. I even tried changing batteries. I tried the headphones on another system but still didn't work. When I lift the headphones off the main station, both the main station and headphones are slowly blinking blue. I tried pushing the mute and volume buttons together for 10 seconds as advised on this forum but still nothing happened.
