    Angry 'frozen' BDP9700

    Hi, my philips bdp9700 after 2 days of use is frozen!!! I mean that when i turn it on, any button on the player do not work and the screen shows only the philips logo. No Internet connection , no updated... please if someone knows what happend to my player?

    8 hours out of ac and the same situation. I believe it is hardware fault.Unfortunately service here in GREECE sucks...

    I guess there is no other than to send it in for service. If it doesnt start up all the way. There is no way to factory reset what I know about.
