    Kenny,

We know about that limitation, and it is unfortunate that you cannot change picture settings in NetTV.

I'll explain why the issue happens:
Because of the platform used in that TV, it uses separate Picture Profiles for each source (HDMI , VGA, RF, etc.)
So NetTV itself is also considered a separate source and it has a set of picture settings associated with it.
Unfortunately, while in NetTV, you cannot overlay the Philips Menu to adjust picture settings, which is why you are stuck with the factory defaults associated with NetTV.

I know its not ideal, but it was a platform limitation when that TV was developed.

So is Philips going to fix that issue or are they not going to do anything about it? Is it like this on every philips tv?

    Kenny,

It is a limitation of that platform, it is that way on all Philips NetTVs sold in the US till date.

Even I personally hate it, but unfortunately it cannot be changed as it is a platform limitation.
