    Hello I a Phillips Sound Bar Home Theatre HTB7250D/12 - trying to sconnect to Smart TV and I get the message "To complete Smart TV sign-in, please switch you TV set off and on again." -- I switched off and then back on several times -- without any effect... tried restore default settings, changed Ethernet connection to another service provider.. no luck. Tries to sign on to smart TV and then same message. Is this a problem with my Sound Bar or is it the Smart TV Server at fault. It was working perfectly fine last weekend.

    So the NETTv it's over on bdp5200? After it all, no more Philips products on my home. I will not buy a new bpd per year since my bdp works perfectly! No more firmwares upgrades after some years it's comprehensible, but kill a good function because it's an old model it's absolutely a lack of respect with the customers. I would like to know if the others brands works the same way with their customers.

    I have the same problem with my media player hmp7100 since Friday.
    This is total fiasco since the reason for the media player is to have SmartTV.
    How can such thing happened? And what now, we get money back?

    Please remove your SmartTV advertisement from the website for Philips media player since it is no more available as mentioned above.

    Soundhub HTB9225D/12 has no longer SmartTV, 3 years old. Its a shame from Philips. No more Philips for me.

    There are many complaints about this scam in other threads as well, but Philips remains deaf. Shame them on Faceboof and Twitter, that might help.
