I think they are busy with some minor or bigger changes, Smart TV looks a bit different since a couple of days. Hope we will get a massive improvement after te weekend. Cannot connect to TV Guide and some other functions.

    Hi!

I own a Philips 32PFL4007H Smart TV and it is not working for over 3 weeks now. I tried everything (software is up to date / clock is ok and I even reinstalled the tv....) but it still say's: "Philips server not found"

I even called but they said I had to wait and try again every day... Honestly I am done trying.
It need to be fixed! Is there anything else I can try, or can someone help??

Hi, I own a Philips 37pfl6007k/12 and I also have a Philips server not found problem. The problem goes way back and I've tried solving it back then using these solutions, no change. Software is up to date and the TV is connected using Ethernet cable. The problem first occurred after the TV was returned from the service shop. Now I'd like to try and solve it again. Has someone solved this problem using any other solution other than these written here.

    SmartTV not working

Since January 1st, there is a problem when trying to access the SmartTV menu.
It stays forever "connecting". Sometimes, after around 10 minutes it works. Other times it doesn't.
    PLEASE, CHECK THE PROBLEM.
Thank you and happy new year!
