    Unhappy Green horizontal lines across scrren

    An unusual problem...has anyone else had this?? Just started after being away for a week. I have a HUMAX Fox T2 connected to my HDMI socket and when I play a recording from the hard drive I initially get the green lines across the screen. If I switch to TV then back to HDMI input the picture is back to normal! Same when I exit the recording but sometimes just a black screen. I sometimes get the error message 'Format not supported'. I have a 42PFL6007T/12. Thanks. Dickie.

    Could you please confirm the software version currently installed on your TV?

    Also, is the Humax' software up to date as well?

    Hi, Both TV and Humax software are up to date:

    Humax Software Version FHTCP 1.02.29
    TV software version QF1EU-0.150.87.0.

    Thank you for the information.

    Do you have any issues with other HDMI playback devices?
    Do you get the same issue on another TV?

    Could you take a picture of the issue as well, as that could help with the troubleshooting?

    Hi, Only get problem with the Humax however I have connected this to my sons Tv and don't get the problem at all. Also, for the first 4 months of owning this TV I didn't get the problem playing the same recorded programmes I try now. In addition, sometimes I get a sound but no picture and also the remote sometime doesn't work until I reboot the TV. I've done a short video, how do I send it to you?

    Hi Dickie,

    Please try to reduce the resolution on your Humax to 720p.

    Also, on your TV check that PC Mode is set to OFF.
    Home > Setup > TV settings > Picture > Game or computer > Off.

    Try using the other HDMI ports as well.
