    New guide IP-EPG Not on my TV!!

    I have an 37PFL8605/H12 . My TV STILL has the old IP-EPG. I thought ALL 2010-models where updated ???????

    PLEASE PHILIPS, THIS IS NO SUPPORT AT ALL FOR AN EXPENSIVE TV!

    @Eric

    do you use the DVB-S2 tuner? As far as I know, the IP-EPG does not work with DVB-S2... Philips is investigating this...

    No, CI+ (DVB-C) from Ziggo. I can work, I saw this a couple of months ago and in all other countries it works as well but only in the Netherlands it doesnot. So is Ziggo blocking this?????????????????????

    I paid for this feature so Ziggo has no right blocking it. Philips please explain why I donot get what I paid for!
