    Player not recognised by PC

    Hi
Can anyone help me regarding the problem I am having with my MP3 player?

The MP3 player was bought for me as a christmas present. I have had a lot of pleasure from it. However, for some reason when I connected it today to my PC to download music and see what is currently on it; for some reason my PC is not recognising it. There is nothing wrong with my MP3 player as when I plug in to PC using usb it powers up ok.

Has anyone got any ideas as to what the problem is?

    Kind regards

    Josephine

    Hi Josephine,

I have just noticed your post, do you still have the problem? If yes, have you tried repairing the device via Songbird?

Remember that all the content will be deleted.

You didn't give us your model number; if you don;t know how to repair the Songbird, please post here giving your model number and I'll post you the link

    Cheers,
    WW
