    Philips GoGear Raga SA4RGA04KN problems

Hi, just bought this useless piece of plastic today. I do realise that people have problems with the volume limitations, something like 20-30 etc. but my limit seems to be 16. Really... 16. I can barely fcking hear it. Is there any possible way to get it any louder, at least the fcking same level that the other consumers have?

I never realised that my 13 year old mp3-player could still be better than the products of these days but honestly, it really is. So is there anything I can do about this at all?

If nothing can be done and the place where I bought it wont accept it back I will be reaching out for consumers protection which happens to be very, very strong in Finland.

I have never been this disappointed in a product I've bought, Philips should be ashamed.

hi there yea, everyone hates it... but this is a regulation in Europe that all the portable entertainment shipped after jan 2013 have to comply.

for your player you just have to press and hold the volume + to release the volume control.
