Ambilight Does Not Turn On, 8000 series

    Hello
I have a problem with my Ambilight. I bought the TV not long ago, and after about three weeks, the ambilight feature does not work anymore. I have no clue on what might be the problem, so I'll try to explain it in detail.

The ambilight feature is a back-light, and is supposed to enhance your TV experience. The Ambilight is alot of LED's at the back of the TV, and none of them seems to be powered. I've tried to turn it off, on, put static mode on, back to dynamic, basicly every option there is. On and off button aswell. No matter what I try to change, if I raise the intensity level of the ambilight, or just turn it off and back on, nothing happends. Its all black, and none of the LED's are getting power, or should I say, lights up.
I did update the frameware, since I couldt connect to the Phillips Smart TV servers, and this solved that problem. About a month after, this happends. My dad and I both love the Ambilight feature, and we feel like something is missing without it.
    Please help!

The TV model/set type is 46PFL8007T/12
    Production code is: ZH1P1306013109
Current frameware is: QF1EU-0.150.87.0, Note: QF1EU-0.150.87.0_bld28a
