46pfl9707: Differences in volume levels between different Audio / video sources?

    Hi All,

Can someone confirm the following behaviour with his television?

I own a 46pfl9707 and use an HTS9221 as external amplifier through Easylink. I experience very diffent default audio levels when switching between the different sources on my TV.

    Comfortable volume settings:

    Radio: 9 - 10
    TV: 20 - 21
    Network Streaming: 35 - 37

You can imagine what happens when you dont think of reducing the volume up frontand you switch from Network Streaming to Radio Source........

Is there any option to level out the volume levels between the different sources?

the best solution is remove stand and mount tv on the wall and use some AV Receiver for sound
Choose 46pfl9707s = my most expensive mistake?!

but if serious Philips developers have removed that important feature as set audio level correction for sources and services

    Hi Northguy

Have you adjusting Audio Out levelling? What happens when you do?

Home > Setup > TV Settings > Sound > Audio Out levelling

    Best regards,
    Ina
