    Linking home theatre with Android 4 player

    Hi
    I inherited a Philips 5.1 home theatre HTS2511 system with DVD player and flat screen TV model 42PFL3007S/98. I have connected an android 4.0 player (DroidBox HD) to the TV and it works fine, only problem is that I only get the TV audio and can't figure out how to link the Android Player with the Home theatre system. Any ideas out there?

    Hello Patrick,

    Welcome to the TV forum.

    Please confirm the current software version installed on your TV. Ensure the TV has the newest software version installed:

    Could you tell me what types of connection you are using between your products please:
    TV <-> HTS?
    TV <-> DroidBox?

    Does the audio work from the TV to the HTS without issues?

    Try to change the audio out format onthe DroidBox to a simplified output, such as Stereo.
    Can you connect the DroidBox directly to your HTS?

    Best regards,
    Ina
