Hi,
a) what firmware is installed on your TV?
b) does this appear around 2h after you pressed the last time any key on the remote - or after 4h?

Hi, this is the timer function which means that if you forget the TV open and leave (means no action by you i.e. change channels , volume etc) the TV after some time (0.5-4 hours) thinks that you are not watching and is programmed to turn off. Find at the menu general settings the timer adjusting function and disable it (slow down the orange bar to zero) or give a different time of auto switch off, so easy !!!

hi,i just check your advise.
if you say sleep timer(settings/prefences/sleep timer/), it already off (the bar betwwn to 0-180min.)
but i also chechked aotuo swith off ,it was open and i click off..i will see tonignt what is going on?
you said that give a diffrent time to aouto swithc ..but i cant see an option to give a time at auto switch off
