Search international cities on NetTV App "Wetter.com"
Hello,
for Germany in NetTV the App "wetter.com" is available. The App works currently with web address "http://www.unterwegs.de/philips".
It works fine to search German cities by names or postcodes but it does not find international cities!
Form the Pro7 and Sat.1 App also a "wetter.com" hbbtv web site is linked, it works with the internet address "http://hbbtv.wetter.com" and looks almost identical as the NetTV App "wetter.com"!
The different:
On side "http://hbbtv.wetter.com" international cities were found also
, e.g. try to search for:
Paris, New York, Sydney or alike!
Is it possible to enable the search function for international cities in the NetTV App "wetter.com" also?
Or is it possible to switch the wetter.com NetTV App from address "http://www.unterwegs.de/philips" to "http://hbbtv.wetter.com"?
Regards
Jag

This is an interesting observation! Where did you find this http://hbbtv.wetter.com URL ?
This seems not to be for the Philips TV, but it looks & works exactly the same (and better: international).
You can simply add this URL on your open internet page and then it works. Do you know more of these HBBTV URL’s. Perhaps we can grab a whole bunch of other apps like this.
You can press the green button (go outside the inputfield for this).
Than you land on the Pro-7 HBB-TV page.
Interesting!Last edited by DellUser; 03-31-2011 at 01:55 PM.

Hi,
just open www.hbbig.com on free internet. It is a collection of available HBBTV solutions.

Hi,
and when you did a deep look at all these HBBTV compilant sites, you will find out, that Philips do NOT fully support HBBTV.
