My AW9000 just keep blinking yellow(amber) / green.
Hi
My AW9000 somehow got disconnected from my WIFI-network. And now I can't get it to install. When I start it up, it blinks yellow for a few seconds then starts blinking yellow(amber) / green. I tried to update firmware with iOS airplay but it crashed and after that I didn't find it in my WIFI-network.
Tried with internet cable but same yellow/green flashes.
Tried to reset it unplugging power supply -> pressing 1 -> connecting power supply -> Hold pressing 1.
No use. The same problem. Think I tried all FAQs help.
Thankful for all help I can get.

Your description looks a bit weird - you talk about a AW9000 and upgrade with iOS Airplay.
AW9000 is no Airplay device. But anyhow, later you indicate you push PRESET 1 key, which shall be only on the AW9000. Well, if you really have an AW9000 and it always starts blinking Green / Orange, even without touching the unit, I'm afraid it has either a mechanical issue (WiFi-setup key is stuck) or its Firmware is damaged / 1/2 sick.
Before returning this patient, you could try one thing ...
Put the unit close to your accesspoint, connect the RJ45 LAN-cable (Ethernet wire) between your router and the device, then turn on the unit and leave it there for 1/2 day (like that). With this method you would be able to recover its firmware in case it was damaged.
If nothing happens, ... well ... Service Centre

My bad! I ment AirStudio and I really have AW9000.
I think WiFi-setup key is not stuck. So it is the worst case scenario..
I tried today that RJ45 LAN-cable with my router (it's still trying) but nothing.
I think that firmware is damaged.
Nothing can fix it?
