    42 PDL7906H flashes

My tv 42 PDL7906H flashes some hd channels in Spain, Philips the technician has already changed the plate and continues to do the same.
The TV's I have under warranty and I have a year, are going from my subject and I feel cheated.
    What I can do?

    thanks in advance

    Hi,

are you using the internal tuner? If yes, DVB-C or DVB-S(2)?
