    Hi,

go to a electronic market or friend and open the HbbTV offering of this channel with a different TV (vendor). See, if this looks the same...

I appreciate the effort and interest, but I not longer believe in the philips service, after so long and not good solution, is a bit disappointing

    Thanks Ina and Toengel.

I talk to them for months, and the result is always the same, they remove the problem above?... to remove the clear lcd... noise reduction ... want there to pass the warranty to not have the problem, that's what I think and what I show.
I have patience, but so?. the guarantees are to be fulfilled and to ensure the product and manufacturing defects.
And above the 5200 BDP-ray bluy the same ... is not new to 3D movies as the hobbit ... if you do not buy philips! this also repaired and to see how it turned out!

    ...

Solved the problem of hobbit 3d, but now 2d million dollar baby looks Shock! and in some sports channels especially, changes of pace or shock are repeats!
The subtitles or white letters sometimes vibrating, and pixelated. This TV clearly has a manufacturing defect!! because this is not normal!
I would like to have a solution already, took a long time and whenever new problems arise!
thanks to those who help me, but philips with all the prestige you have and the quality of service is this happening to me ...I worry about the truth

I complain because I'm waiting almost a year to give me a solution, I give all end just as badly, and patience has a limit!
I no longer believe in anything I say in customer care, wait, wait and wait only to that? to pass my warranty???
and so do not have my right to complain of a defect? Philips is also about your customers?
I have no patience and I see this day who do not know the solution to the problem you.
I'm annoyed, and disappointed by philips products.
I just hope they are serious, I've been very patient!
is true that now I do a little more appropriate, but I do not think anything

    Hi JNL,

I can understand that you wish to complain, but your repair case is still ongoing with the Spanish customer service team. I have informed them of your issue and dissatisfaction. The most effective way to raise a complaint is directly with your local customer service.

They have however advised the same as our technicians have; to send the set for repair.

    Best regards,
    Ina
