Blinking amber & green LED after upgrade

    Dear users,

The symptom of blinking amber and green is due to a damage during the firmware upgrade. The solution is to do a reset on the device. However, we have some ECD issue at the backend. We need you to give us the MAC address so that we can reset the settings at backend.

In case you see such a behavior on your AW speaker, kindly send me your MAC address via PM.

    With thanks & regards,
