I just bought two of them and they don't work at all with the Samsung Galaxy S (GT-I9000) and the Sony Ericsson Xperia Active. The music is not great at all, and the voices are very difficult to hear. I read on some forums that this is a known problem and It's easy to solve it, just contact the Philips support services and they send a little adapter for free. The problem is that I have contacted the Philips support services twice (one time in France, the other time in Belgium) but for me the problem is not solved yet. The services I have contacted seem not be aware at all about the problem of the compatibility of the cable delivered with the Philips Fidelio M1, therefore they simply don't want to help me ! The last time I have called them, they promised me to call me back... they didn't do it, so I'm still waiting for a solution. I don't want to buy any adapter or cable to solve the problem, I just want some help from Philips to solve a problem with the headphones they sell. Thanks for your help.
