Q554E_0.97.0.0 generate the bug it should fix : TV auto switch off

    currently with firmware Q554E_0.97.0.0
    on a 46PFL5507H .
    And having installed the StandbySW_Q554E_99.0.0.0

My television is stopping on a to frequent basis to be usable.

I'm very sad to have installed over internet the last 97 version which says fixeing such a bug as for me it introduce that bug.

Does any one else face similar issues, is that software bug or should i directly engage philipps on site support as television is 10 month old.

    Thanks for feedback

    Hi Null,

Could you elaborate a little on what issues you are experiencing, please?

Do you have any external devices connected to your TV?

After you installed the latest software, did you do a cold reboot?

    Best regards,
    Ina

Unsure of what is the cold restart, if you mean unplug from electricity. To be honest this was done online and i don't remind.
TV was ok for some time working fine. Now what is happening is frequently swicht off. You have to wait a bit and re switch on with the remote control. I also changed the battery of the remote control just in case but without effect.
Finnally i revert back to the former firmware i had on my pc, and in that case did made a electrical unplug. This is more stable but already once the televesion switched off.

Yes there are equipment plugged but nothing in USB.
    Only HDMI peritel and LAN

reverted to 46pfl5507h_12_fus_fra ... yeah no version in filename ... from 28 december this year

    Hi Null,

There is now a new firmware available for your TV. I would advice to update your TV to this new version.

Also, please disconnect any external devices (HDMI and SCART (Peritel) devices) to test the TV in an influence free environment.

    Best regards,
    Ina
