    Connecting with miracast (HELP!)

I've just bought a 47pfl6678 with miracast-technology. I also have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 tablet and I want to connect this with the TV. I might be stupid, but I see no information on how to do this. I can see there's a "Philips Wifi" network popping up if I search from my tablet, but it says nothing about password for this in the manual Can someone please help me here

    Hi Chrizychris,

    Welcome to the TV forum.

Your tablet needs to be Miracast certified as well. You can check this with Samsung.

So far only a few devices work with the official standard however.

    Best regards,
    Ina

Thank you for your answer, Ina

Ok, I will But how do I continue from here if it is certified? Is it a app I need to download, is it something on my TV I need to do? Can't find anything about it....

    Hi,

when your Android is Miracast capable (Android 4.2.x and higher + certified) you can activate a "second screen" within Android OS. Then you connect to the TV (I think a PIN number needs to be entered).
