    Feedback on error reports

    Hi,

    Many error report threads in this forum ends with, "I've sent you a PM" or "We will look into it". In many cases it is not clear, if Philips has been able to confirm the problem or not. It would be very nice with this kind of information in the thread, so we (users) can know if we should supply more cases, search additional steps to reproduce errors etc. In this way we could get an idea if an error is actually looked into (or at least acknowledged as an error) or just marked as "Cannot reproduce" by some developer and then forgotten.
