    Problems with SA4RGA04KF/12

    Hi everyone,

I have recently bought this player and noticed that it's very slow and laggy. After a few Google searches I've found out that I need to update the firmware. I did it, still, it's unusually slow and difficult to use. What do I do now? Songbird doesn't allow me to repair my device (it just says that the firmware is up to date).

    Thanks!

    Hi raudoniolika,

I'd recommend starting with a reset. If this doesn't help-> repair again using Sonbird, if this doesn't help-> return it to the retailer and ask for a new one!

Link how to reset & repair:

    Hope this helps,
    Cheers,
    WW

    Hi, William Wallace,

Thanks for the reply. The problem is this: as I said, Songbird doesn't allow me to repair my device. When I try to do that it simply states that "The firmware for your device is already up to date".

As for the retailer, I have already returned the player I bought a few months ago, because it was behaving somewhat similarly. This is the new one and the problems persist. . .
