First of all, it works very well for me!
But...of course I have a few requests for improvement:
- please add external (SCART/HDMI) sources to PIP,
so that people who use external decoders can also see the picture while in Net TV;
- recognize the correct aspect ratio of the source,
now all sources are simply stretched causing, for example, analogue tv PIP to be incorrect all the time
(4:3 is stretched to 16:9, and letter boxed 16:9 is stretched to letter boxed 21:9);
- and please make Net TV a separate Smart Picture source,
so that you can select special settings for Net TV,
currently the Smart Picture (and Sound) setting for Net TV is always the same as your last selected source.
That would be great!

Hi,
I like the last Portal update, great job Philips!
I use most of the time the new app "Tune in Radio", it works very well!
Just a suggestion: is it possible to add an option to power off the tv screen, so we can save the power and continue listen to the radio? (the green button doesn't work)

I want to add a screenshot to visualize the translation problem I described in my first post:

Portal is extrem slow
Hi,
the new portal 2.6 is really slow. When starting NetTV via the Home Button it takes several seconds until the hole page is ready. This is very annoying and seems to be worser since FW 140.36.
Regards

Hi,
I also recognized that since firmware 140.36 it becomes slower and slower. It seem something has changed with the network stack. First, it takes minutes till the network connection is established, then the ads loading procedure prevents me to move around in Net TV...

Hello,
I could not recognize a slower loading since the update. I would even say it is a little better, but could be faster.
But I recognize, that it takes very long for the advertisement to load and NetTV is not usable until the advertisment is loaded. This takes really long. But we should have another thread for that somewhere in the forum.
