    Hi,

    so you updated with firmware 1.67, made a factory reset, pull power cord for 2-3 minutes and now nettv is not working anymore?

    What exactly happens, when you try to start NetTV?

    Hi Toengel,

    Yes firmware uptaded from 1.61 to 1.67 without problems, made a factory resel, pull cord for 2-3 minutes an now nett tv is not working any more. Just when I set net tv, display on blue ray show net tv but tv remain on blue image ....

    I was checking the router but, I can play music , pictures and video without problems in my computer
    through wifi signal.

    So all system works in good order, but NET TV doesn't work. This is the first problem that we get with my blue ray player

    My question is ... I can upload my last firmware ?? Do you know when I can get it ?

    Toengel also I have revised conexion through wifi between philips and my computer and works without problems. So wifi from philips blueray player works without problem.

    any idea ?

    Hello

    I have totally same problem like "spheeris". The net tv not working. Latest FW, reset many times, but the network connetion between the BD player and my router is perfect. I can play anything from my PC via LAN, or wifi. I tried many location settings ( Hungary, Germany, International ) but the net tv service not working.
    Any usefull idea?

    Hello,

    I installed again and again, and again. Nothing happened. The device working fine, except the net tv. I just get blue screen when I "click" on the net tv icon.... :S

    try to rename the folder UPG to UPG_ALL on your USB stick and install update again...
